SUPREME COURT SENTENCES. (BY TELEGRAPH-— PRESS ASSOCIATION.”* GISBORNE, Dec. 6. At the Supreme Court sentences were passed as follbWs:—
Vna Cornelia Seal, for a false .declaration. of age in connection with a marriage, certificate; was ordered to come up for sentence when called upon. Clarence Twofieid Waight, for bigamy fit Auckland, was ordered to come up for sentence when called upon. Basil Goodson Breeze (19), for theft (two charges), was sentenced td three years in the Borstal Institute. Niue Tuata, for indecent assault, was giveri tliree yeafs’ gaol and twb years’ reformative treatment.
George Delviri Byford, for receiving stolen property (two charges) was given two years’ imprisonment on each charge, the sentences to be curiiulative.
