ON SlXsy-FlhirH BiIRTHDAY. BY CABLE —PR'ESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT. LONDON, Dec. 4, Lord Jellicoe retires from the active Navy list to-morrow, which is his sixty-fifth birthday, under the regulation providing for compulsory retirement at that age of any officer who has not been employed in the naval service during the past five years. The Daily Express points out that Lord Jellicoe will now be free to make a full detailed reply of his conduct at the Battle of Jutland.
