TO DECEASED JOCKEY. McFLYNN’S STERLING WORTH. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. PALMERSTON X., Dec. 1. A very fine tribute to the late jockey McFlynn was paid by Mr Henrvs, the well-known liandicapper, who" said: “McFlynn was a devoted husband and a kind father, who loved his home and valued His character more than geld. Probably the greatest tribute that could be paid to any jockey was always paid to deceased ,of whom it was said: ‘Back McFlynn, you will always be on a trier.’ He was one of the very best horsemen we ever had, and was a truly verastile jockey, being successful not only on the flat, but in steeplechases and hurdle event's as well. I have no hesitation in saying that the purity of the turf which is entirely in the bands of jockeys, would he assured
