BERLIN, Nov. 27. The Vorwaerts learns from Riga that Trotsky is no longer Commissar of Military Affairs. He has also been deprived of his other high offices by extremists. WHEAT FOR. BRITAIN. LONDON, Nov. 28. The British Empire Producers’ Organisation lias adopted a. resolution urging the Government to inquire and fix the minimum quota for the country’s annual wheat requirements, which should be produced from the soil of the United Kino-dom. Wheat beyond that quota should be of Empire origin and steps 'should be taken to organise Empire supplies.
