A case pf imppftan.ee to newspaper interests has been initiated by the Daily . Telegraph Newspaper Company regarding -the broadcasting of’ news. The Telegraph made an explanation to the Equity Court to restrain Broadcasters Limited, its servant <ai agent, from brpad.eakfcing or transmitting by wireless to the public any portion of the letterpress contained in the plaiiitiff company’s newspapers and from livfrmging the copyright therein.
