A FORGED DOCUMENT. LABOUR’S OPINION. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT LONDON, Nov. 27. The Daily Herald (the Labour paper) publishes a telegram, signed severally ana Unanimously by the British Trades Union delegation visiting Russia, stating that they inquired into the ipatter of the Zinovieff letter with M. Zinovieff, who maintained strongly that the letter :was a forgery. He placed at the disposal of the delegation confidential records of the Communist International, and the delegation was absolutely satisfied that the document was a forgery. They are bringing home the full results of their detailed investigations. A separate despatch from the paper’s correspondent in Moscow states that as a result of a. week’s conversations the British and Russian delegates arrived at an agreement to create an AngloRussian committee for a world trade, union.
