VALUE OF ADVERTISEMENT. (BY TELEGRAPH-—PRESS ASSOCIATIONWELLINGTON, Nov 27. Addressing the Chamber of Compierce, Mr. H_ E. South strongly condemned the poor publicity' given New Zealand at Wembley, as contrasted with-Canada and Australia. He also commented on the absence of publicity m passenger steamers, even those like the Makura. which was subsidised by New Zealand.
