BOWLING. HAWERA A V. MANAIA. (From Our Own Correspondent). This game was played at Manaia yesterday afternoon, and after a closely contested game resulted in a win for Hawera A by 4 points ..Mr Jas. Hickey, cn behalf of the Manaia Club, welcomed the visitors, and at the conclusion of the game Mr Adamson returned thanks on behalf of the Hawera Club for the hospitality of the Manaia Club, also for the enjoyable game that they had had. He called for three cheers for the Manaia Club, also the; ladies for the nice afternoon tea. provided.
