Hie Amalgamated Marine Workers’ union passed a resolution against the Governments reported intention m connection with the Atigiq-Gprinan commercial, treaty to remove the ban on the employment of German sailors in the British mercantile marine.. The Government has been asked to receive a deputation. Mr Shinwell says the proposal would be a gross betrayal of British seamen. 1
