Received Nov. 24, 11.55 a.m. OTTAWA, Nov. 23. The biggest bootlegging seizure ever made is reported from Montreal, where the authorities captured 30,000 gallons of. alcohol and 3000 cases of Scotch whisky, worth £IOO,OOO, aboard a barge en route to New York’s “rum row.”
