Plans for launching an attack on oversea shiploading through thie Sydney Labour bureau were formulated -at a meeting of the Waterside Workers’ Federation. It was announced that (he Federation had ;declar.ed . the liner Maloja “black” because, it was stated, she was loaded at Sydney by bureau labour. Serious developments are not expected at. other ports till the ships loaded through the bureau are declared “black.” Then directions will be issued by the Federation that the cargo on those vessels must not be handled by unionists at the different ports.
