SEQUEL TO ASSAULT. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, Nov. 19. At the Supreme Court Olinie James Drake, a farmer of Waerenga, was awarded £551 damages against Harry White Fretwell and Thomas Malcolm Fretwell for a cowardly and brutal assault on Tekauwhata Road on August 21, 1923, for which the accused are now serving sentence of three years’ imprisonment at the Waikeria Prison farm.
