ALL BLACK’S TOUR. SCOTLAND BANNED. (BY TELEGRAPH —PREBB ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, Nov. 20. Mr. Kitto, acting chairman of the New Zealand Rugby Union, scouts the idea of imposing a ban on Scottish players visiting New Zealand as suggested by the Evening Standard in a London cable. The matter, he says, was never discussed here, and he does not believe that the idea of punishing the young Scotsmen for the action of their governing body would he entertained for a moment.
