They point out that New Zealand hindquarters beef increased 11 per cent., mutton 94 per cent., and lamb 135 per cent. An expert asserts that the New Zealand Producers Board were regulating nrices m England, and the drought in IZtialia helped the board in keeping up pnces. Australia during the ten months of 1924 sent 320,000 cwt., compared with 1,209,000 in 1923.
