TRUSTEESHIP.

MINISTER. INVOLVED. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 12. Mr Justice Reed, in a judgment in the case involving the will of the late E. G. Wright (Ashburton) and tr ansactions connected with the Surrey Hills and the Windermere Estates, made an order for enquiries as to the price, paid for the stock by D. G. Wright and interest paid by him to the trust estate. As to the application to remove the trustee, the Judge said neither Mrs Wright nor the Hon. W\ Nosworthy was in a position to look after the estate property. Nothing conveyed to his mind the faintest impression . of mala fides or fraud on their part, but he thought they should at once take steps to be discharged from the trusteeship and the estate transferred to the Public Trustee.
