THE MURDERER. KNOWN. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT SYDNEY, Nov. 11. The detectives have concluded inquiries into the death of Harold Besley, an asylum inmate, whose body was found trussed up in a sack in the Bawkesbury River. They are convinced he was murdered, and that they know the murderer. No arrest has been made, but the suspect is being kept under close observation till the inquest.
