OFFICIALLY OPENED. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATIONPALMERSTON N., Nov. 5. ■ The weather was dull on. the second day of the Royal Show. Judging has commenced in all the , live stock sections, also in the Kennel Club ’s exhibition. This morning their Excellencies, Lord and Lady Jellicoe, arrived from Auckland. Viscount Jellicoe laid the foundation stone of the town and district War Memorial. He afterwards proceeded to the Royal Show, which he officially opened at noon, receiving a farewell address from the A. and P. Association. To-night Lord Jellicoe will be entertained at a smoke concert under the auspices of the A. and P. Association,
