INJURED WOMAN IMPROVING. X ' * HOPES FOR her; RECOVERY. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. / OAMARU, Nov. 3. ihe condition of Mrs Holmes, the victim of Sunday’s tragedy, is slightly improved to-night. Though the bullet has not vet been recovered, the doctors are hopeful that her injuries, may not prove fatal. She regained consciousness to-day Holmes is improving, and has been formally remanded on the charge of attempting to commit suicide.
