GREAT' FIRE AT TOKIG. SIX HUNDRED BUILDINGS BURNT. THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE HOMELESS. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT _. TOKIO, Oct. 30. Twenty-one were killed and thirty injured as the result of a fire which this morning consumed over six hundred barrack buildings here. These buildings housed refugees from the great earthquake, aiid 3700 persons are again homeless. Rescue work is proceeding.
