Before the adjournment of the Dail Eireann the Speaker announced - that nine members had resigned. It is understood that they are members of national groups dissatisfied with the Government’s policy.—Reuter. DUBLIN, Oct. 31. ihere were wild scenes at the reburial of the Irish executed. Women standing behind civilian mourners for the 17 who were buried in Glasnevin Cemetery, Dublin, handed each man a revolver to fire a vollev. Troops rushed to the graveside after the first shot. The crowd stampeded; wreaths were trampled on; women fell into the grave; and others were injured. The military intervened during the burial at Dundalk, County Louth, of six of those executed. A civilian fired a revolver, and the crowd became panic-stricken. Civilians and troops exchanged shots behind the headstones —Sydney Sun Cable.
