——♦ A SMALL LIST. CBY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, Oct. 28. The criminal sessions at the Supreme Court opened to-day before Sir Robert Stout, who congratulated the Grand Jury on the smallness of the list. There were seven cases only for their consideration, and none of the,offences was very grave. There was only one serious case. j, A cbai '" e of breaking, entering and the it against "Wm.
