MORE TROUBLE IN AUSTRALIA. BY CABLE—PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYEIGHT. Received Oct. 28, 1.50 p.m. daimiiig the Australian rate of wages, the crew of the British steamer Volumnia refused to take the vessel xo sea. The Volumnia is under charter to the Australian Commonwealth line, and the crew stated that, the action was taken as the result of* representations .made by the local governing authorities of the Seamen’s Union at Fremantle.
