MARKET REPORT. The Farmers’ Co-op. Organisation Society oi New Zealand, Ltd., report: At Inglewood yards on Thursday we conducted our animal bull fair. There was a good attendance of buyers despite the inclement weather. Some 55 bulls were yarded, practically all being sold under the hammer, especially the two-year-olds. Quotations • Pedigree Jersey bulls 12$ to 20 gns, pedigree Ayrshire bull lOgns, pedigree Holstein hulls 10 to 20gns, grade Jersey bulls £8 10s to £l3 os, others £<i to £7 15s. At Auroa on Friday, the 24 th inst., we bad a meuium yarding and report a very lair sale, bulls selling very well, likewise quality dairy heifers. We quote Jersey bulls: Three-year bulls £ll. ss, best 2-year bulls £l3 10s to £ls ss, others £lO 10s to £l2, yearling bulls £-! las to £6 15s, 3-year Holstein bulls to £8 ss, best dairy* heifers £ll, others £8 10s to £9, more backward £4 5s to £7 10s, fat c-ows to £0 12s fid, forward cows £4 as to £5 15s, goad works cows £3 10s to £3 ISs fid,' pool- conditioned 25s £2 IQs, 3-year heifers £3 2s to £! ss, 2-year heifers £2 10s to £2 18s, 2-year steers £3 ss, yearling heifers, best £3 10 s. others £1 10s -to £2 2s.
