❖ CADET' BOXING TOI'RXAME'XT. The* cadet bo.\i ng tonrnament to be held this evening in the show builclings promises to provide some very interesting bouts. '1 he draw is as loilows, and with semi-finals and finals provides hir fifteen bouts:—Jockeys’ special bout, Pme v. Dronvboski; under 8 stone. \\ allaee v. Shaw; Moloney a bye j under 9 stone : Gai~ter v. Hammond. Jarrett- v. Bunker. Stone v. Stentiiug. Spalding v. Walsh; under 10 stone: Dowdle v. Harrison. Wills v. Rawson. Hoddinnott a bye. the boxing classes under the auspices of the Hawera Boxing Association have started in the Winter Show buildings. Joe Thornal, the instructor, has still some vacancies for pupils.
