ROBIN-SUNNI MATCH. (by TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, Oct. 20. On accomnt of an injury sustained by Robin in training with Ranga on Thursday, following his first bout the previous t night with Sunni, the condition of the match with Sunni fox- the New Zealand championship and a stake of £I4OO has-been postponed till a date in December to be arranged by the New Zealand Wrestling Association. The circumstances are that on Wedneslay night Robin obtained the first fall after a gruelling bout lasting till just on midnight, when it was too late to continue immediately with the other bouts. The association decided next day to have the match continued on Saturday night; then Robin made application for a postponement on the ground that he had injured an arm in training. The testimony of medical men was definite that Robin had sustained a severe and painful strain. After hearing their solicitors on the petition, the committee decided to declare void the fall obtained bv Robin on Wednesday ana to postpone the match till a date in December, to be fixed later, when a match will be started de novo, Robin to allow Sunni £ls training expenses incurred in connection with the bout already wrestled.
