Received Oct. 18, 10.20 a.m ; LONDON, Oct. 17. , The Times’ Berlin correspondent says that Berlin is eluted over the success of the German loan, and the fact mat it was so freely oversubscribed is taken as an indication that Germany might have had before and may still obtain capital in far larger sums, and at a far cheaper rate than has hitherto bpen the case. The experiment has thus furnished the German business world with an important piece of information. This must not be forgotten.—'limes.
