With Mr Baldwin’s speech at the Queen’s Hall all the leaders have made opening pronouncements. Mr Lloyd George, accompanied by Sir A. Moird, has left for Wales, and devotes next week to a tour of Lancashire, where the Conservatives are hopeful of recovering the seats lost in connection wzth tariff reform in 1923. Mr Asquith has gone to Paislev, and Mr MacDonald continues his motor tour of Northumberland, Durham and - Yorkshire.
