LINKING PARIS AND SAIGON. FRENCH PROPOSAL. LONDON, Sept. 29. The French Government is asking aeroplane designers to report on the practicability of establishing a. “superexpress air service” between Paris and Saigon (capital of French CochinChina). The distance, is 6500 miles, and the stages would be of 500 miles. It is estimated that the flight would occupy 60 hours.
