HEAVY FIGHTING. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. VANCOUVER, Oct. 14. Telegrams from Mexico City report a bloody clash betw-een political factions at Tuxtla Gutierrez, 40 miles westward from San Cristobal, on Sunday, in w-hich more than 100 persons were killed or w-ounded. The Mexican War Department confirms the new-s of the fight contained in press despatches, but withholds details.
