Tlie benefits included a. nension ad the age of 65 for men and 55 ' for women or earlier retirement, after 40 and 30 years’ service respectively, and 15 years’ membership, of the fund, with refunds at death or on leaving the service of contributions less benefits received, also maternity allowances. The. statement was referred to a special committee to report.
