The Wonthaggi State coal mine lias been thrown idle owing to the dismissal of fourteen men who were alleged to have refused to work until certain grievances were corrected. WIRELESS' DEVELOPMENT. BERLIN, Oct. 7. The experiments conducted on an express train reveal a new ‘ wireless possibility. A reporter from the. Berliner Tageblatt, travelling on an express, wirelessly telephoned to his office and dictated an entire article. He later received back the article as set, and then sent back the final corrections.
