ULSTER.

ATTIUTUE TO BOUNDARIES COMMISSION STATEMENT BY SIR JAMES CRAIG I BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Oct. 8, 11.5 a.m LONDON, Oct. 7. Sir J. Craig, in opening-' the North Irish Parliament, said that the present British Government had brought in a new treaty against the wishes of Ulster. If this was to continue there would be no safety for Ulster in future. If the Boundary Commission were persisted in and the finding was acceptable to Ulster, .well and good; but if the decision were not acceptable to the North Irish Parliament he'woukl not hesitate to decline the responsibility of .carrying on the Government. BLe would be no party to lowering the Union Jack and hoisting the white flag or any hypocritical gesture to the South. — Reuter.
