TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL.
ANNUAL STEEPLECHASE. The annual steeplechase will take place on Wednesday next. The course is substantially the same as that of last year. Starting from the cannon in the park, the competitors run along the Waihi Load and Egmont Street and. thence to Camberwell'"’Boad and along it across Glover Load into the fields. After a solid run across paddocks, and through bogs and fences the course leads to Tawhiti Road, along Glover Road to Camberwell Road iu to the park and home, the cannon being the finishing point. Points .count for the school championship, to be held on Wednesday, November L The school is indebted to Messrs. Scott and Harrison for permission to cross their farms.
