ORGANIST KHvLED. (BY TELEGRAPH - —FubBS association.) AUCKLAND, ; October 5. Mr George Ingelby Allen,; organist- at St. Sepulchre’s Church, was killed in a motor accident early this' morning. Mr Alien had beento.the Orphans’' Club m the eveiiing. He too.k spme friends home in his motor-car and was return•iig home, when his’car skidded and crashed into a tramway pole. The car was badly damaged. Mr Allen was thrown out and rendered unconscious, and he died two hours later. Deceased was married, but there are no children. He had just been appointed examiner in music at‘the University fo,y the annual examinations. ... .; .
