In the 'House of Representatives Mr. Bruce stated he W’anted o to make it clear that nothing that had taken place at the Geneva Conference m any way bound the Parliament or the people of Australia until Australia., through her Parliament, had subscribed to. the protocol and given approval to the provisions claimed under it.
