THEFT OF BICYCLE

David William Fislier, aged 18, pleaded guilty this . morning to the theft of a bicycle', alleging he had sold it to get food because his wife and child were starving. Fisher was further charged with having stolen at Trentham in December 1923, the sum of £347, the property of James Tracey. Accused was remanded on both charges, hail being refused.
