He adds that the latest reports indicate that Soviet leaders attempted by pressure to restrain Germany from making what they claimed would be a fatal error. The hidications are that the failure of these efforts exceedingly annoyed Mfoscow, where fears are- openly expressed that Germany’s entry means the development of a new European international combination, which, bv weakening the ties between Berlin and 'Moscow, may seriously threaten Bolshevism’s domination of Russia.— Times.
