THE! CYPHER SCR ATCHED
BY CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT i SYDNEY, Sept. 26. The C'vnher has been scratched for all the Randwick spring; meeting engagements and also tile Melbourne and Caulfield Gups. This is the outcome of springing a tendon three weeks ago. The owner is acting upon the advice of the trainer and a veterinary. The trainer states that the tendon has made a good recovery, but the seat of the injury is there and it might mean a complete breakdown if training was persevered with. It is understood the horse’s leg will be blistered and the horse will be treated to a spell before it is asked to train again.
