The Daily Express says Cabinet has decided that' so far as they are "concerned the Wembley Exhibition will, end this year. Their attitude will only be modified if a considerable change of opinion is disclosed on the part of the Dominion Governments and the leading exhibitors, and if new financial assurances, now absent, are forthcoming.
