Miss Snodgress (Rotorua) beat Mrs Collinson (Manawatu), 7 up and 6. Mrs Blythe (Hamilton) heat Mrs Gardner (Whangarei), 4 up and 2. Mrs Peake (Cambridge) beat Miss Jervis (Hutt), 3 un and 2. Mrs Slack (Cambridge) i beat Mrs Dogshun (Otago), 2 up and 1. Miss M. Payton (Auckland) beat Miss S. Payton (Auckland), 4 up and 3. Miss Kay (Whangarei) beat MrsOrbell (North Otago). ; 6 up and 4. Miss Gambrill (Wellington) beat Mrs Spiers (Hutt), 6 up and 4. In the first bogey handicap Miss Octterill (Christchurch), handicap 11, and Miss Wilkinson (Hamilton), handicap 13, returned all square cards, the former winning the short handicap prize and the latter taking the iong handicap prize. ,
