In connection with the Bondi tragedy, the man concerned was an Indian named Maurice Roblm, aged 30. liie young woman is said to have been keeping company with him, but recently they had a small quarrel, and the Indian called at the fiat where she lived with three sisters and asked to see her. The' Indian commenced talking about the quarrel, became excited, and drew a revolver. The woman screamed and the Indian fired. The woman fell inside the room, and a sister slammed the door, preventing any further attack. A couple of minutes later the Indian shot himself in the right temple.
