SYDNEY, Sept. 15. • Lindley, the motorist arrested in connection with Sunday’s motor fatality was remanded on a charge of murdering Walker and two charges.of causing grievous bodily harm to the two other ir.en injured. Counsel for Lindley protested against the newspaper statement that- he did not stop when the mishap, occurred. He declared he did stop and took one of the injured men to the hospital. The police evidence was that after the accident he drove on, but came back. Lindley was married a few hours before the occurrence.
