A LABOUR SUGGESTION
(BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) AUCKLAND, Sept. 11. Little time Avas Avasted by the Auckland executive of the Returned Solt Association .in dealing with the Labour Party’s suggestion that the death penalty be deleted from the articles .of Avar arid' the regulations affecting the administration of the New Zealand forces. A motion was carried opposing this, but favouring the right or appeal to the NeAv Zealand Supreme - Court in respect of court-martial sentences of over two years’ imprisonment.
