The House went into Committee of Supply io deal with Estimates. The Agricultural Department vote (reported elsewhere) was cmvied, as were the Tourist Department- £66,593), pustoms Department (£112,425), Cook Island. (£20,669), Mental Hospitals £295,620), Native Department (£29,882). Native Trustee Department (£SGB4). and Native Land Settlement Account (£4600). The House rose at 1 a.m. till 2.30 on Tuesday.
