HOUSE DESTROYED. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS, ASSOCIATION.). , OPOTIKI, Sept. 6. Fire destroyed a n Ijoarding-house owned by the Farmers’ -Trading Company and occupied by F. Morgan, last evening. The house av&s doomed, when the fire was discovered]’ The occupants were absent. The brigade saved the outbuildings. The insurances on the house ' were about £BSO, and on the furniture and piano £350, in the South British. . Morgan’s loss is £4OO in excess of the insurances. The boarders lost most of their effects.
