Robert Shears, aged 63, a gasworks employee, died suddenly in bed on Tuesday night, a post mortem revealing that heart disease was the cause of death. Deceased was enjoying good health, and was able to work as usual up to the day of his death. OLD WOMAN COMMITS SUICIDE. DUNEDIN, ; Sept. 4. Helen Glegg, a widow, aged 75, was found hanging in her house. The verdict at the subseauent inquest was one of suicide.
