Death was fined £lO arid costs, in default, fourteen days’ imprisonment, for being drunk while in charge of a horse and cai’i.. The Bench made it clear that in future offences of this kind would be met by imprisonment without the option. A request for the non-publication of defendant’s name was eriiphatically refused.
