DRUNK WHILE IN CHARGE OF HORSE AND CART
(BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) : ’/ STRATFORD, Sept. 4. This morning, before Justices of the Peace, R. S. Death was fined £lO arid costs, in default, fourteen days’ imprisonment, for being drunk while in charge of a horse and cai’i.. The Bench made it clear that in future offences of this kind would be met by imprisonment without the option. A request for the non-publication of defendant’s name was eriiphatically refused.
