' Tlie Daily Express’ special .correspondent,- discussing the Communist setbacks at the; Hull Labour Conference, asserts that the Socialist’ Party has definitely decided that ho political candidate/ with a red fringe shall be eligible for candidature at the next general election. The correspondent adds : “The rout of the Reds seertis complete. They have been steamrollered by the congress. No one could have forecasted such a dramatic defeat. The Congress is thoroughly tired of the theory that the only good to the workers can come from Russia.” .
