HEAVY FINE.
NO INOQME TAX RETURNS (BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) - CHRISTCHURCH, Sept. 3. Alfred Frederick William Jones, a building contractor, was fined £75 this morning on three charges of failing to make income tax returns.
