PARIS, Sept. 1. The various stages fixed for the reestablishing of German economic sovereignty in the Ruhr will be calculated from to-day as the result of a meeting of the Reparations Commission officially registering the promulgation of the German Dawes laws.

BERLIN, Sept. 1. The Minister for Finance (Herr Luther) states that Germany’ to-day paid the Reichsbank on account of the Agent-General for Reparations, 20,000,000 gold marks, being the first instalment for the service of the impending German international loan.

LONDONj Sept. 1. The Government has invited the Bank of England to handle the issue of the £40,000,000 German loan, which will be floated on October 5, probably at 8 per cent., America bearing 50 per cent., Loudon 40 per cent., and the Continent the remainder. City circles* are convinced that the loan will be a success at 8 per cent.
